01.

One component (1K)

Parts injected with 1 material. Molds with complex geometries, with one or several cavities.
02.

Multicomponent (2K-3K)

Parts injected with 2 or 3 materials, of different color, polymer base or both.
03.

Overmolding of terminal-inserts

Parts with plastic injected over metal inserts or terminals.
04.

Miniature parts

Parts with a weight of ≤0.1 g. Some of them combine other technologies such as the overmolding of metallic inserts.
05.

Bend and cut terminals + overmolding

In this technology, the same mold bends and cuts the cable/terminal and then overmolds the plastic material.
06.

Gears

Alone or as part of other geometry.
07.

Reel-to-reel

A continuous carrier strip is fed from one reel to another. The plastic is overmolded in each individual part along the process.
08.

Wet to wet

Two materials injected at the same time will meet in a not very precise area. Here the goal is just that the windows/areas visible in the final assembly are in the correct colors.
